Established in 1968, Shamshad and Sons Property Private Ltd is a name synonymous with the structural evolution of Mumbai. Founded by a visionary who believed that a man’s word is his greatest asset, the company began as a solo mission to redefine quality in construction.
Today, that mission has expanded into a construction empire. Managed by the third generations-grandsons-we continue to operate on the same “Product-First” philosophy. We remain one of the few developers in the city that operates without a hard-core sales team, choosing instead to let our quality, our honesty, and our finished landmarks speak for themselves.
In 1968, with little more than a vision and a resolute spirit, Mr. Shamshad Ali Kalania laid the first stone of what would become a construction empire. Lacking formal education but possessed of an unmatched work ethic, he spent the next five decades proving that a life built on honesty is a life built on rock.
He was a man who lived two lifetimes in one – balancing the
complex machinery of a business empire with the tender responsibilities of a family patriarch. Through every triumph and every challenge, he lived by a singular guiding light: “Hukme Rabbi” (By my Lord’s command). He saw his success not as a personal conquest, but as a divine trust to be managed by future generations. Though he departed in 2021, the foundations he built are eternal.
